Onsite Services

Lesedi ICT’s Onsite Services division operates in the Free State, Northern Cape, North West and Eastern Cape provinces with offices in Bloemfontein and Port Elizabeth. We have Field Support Engineers located in the following areas to cover the provinces in its entirety – Welkom, Bethlehem, Kimberley, Upington, Rustenburg, Klerksdorp, Port Elizabeth and Mthatha. Utilising Service Desk Plus as an ITSM allows organised call prioritisation and distribution, making call attendance and problem resolution fast, efficient and reliable.

Service Desk Plus in collaboration with our skilled Call Desk Administrators enables us to cohesively track and efficiently monitor our calls in real time, ensuring service level agreements are adhered to and customer requirements achieved.  This in turn negates any crises through efficient management, verification, reporting and quality control.

Managed Services

Along with our ITSM solution we subsequently monitor end point devices as well as local and wide area networks.  This allows us to remotely monitor, diagnose and resolve faults without onsite attendance.

We utilise the latest technology in order to proactively support our clients.  This is achieved through the highest quality Remote Monitoring & Management software from SolarWinds.
